Through the years, Michael Newton Jr. of Transforming Men and Lolis Dyar of CBMC have developed a brotherhood, friendship, and partnership that is rooted in reaching men for Christ. Together with a team of committed men, they are launching The Leadership Institute in our area.
The current state of leadership chaos in the business world has caused negative ripple effects in families, organizations, and communities. In a united strategic effort to reach the businessmen of our community for Jesus Christ, Michael W. Newton, Jr. of Transforming Men will be joining with Lollis H. Dyar, Sr. of Christian Business Men Connection to focus on launching The Leadership Institute in our community.

The Leadership Institute is a monthly peer advisory roundtable gathering in a comfortable offsite location.
It provides a spiritual and strategic sabbatical with time to recharge, reflect, and sharpen one’s focus. Michael will be serving as Communications Coordinator to facilitate the monthly confidential peer to peer environment where faith and leadership intersect.
The duration of these monthly meetings varies from 1-4 hours depending on which offering you choose based on your needs.
The Leadership Institute is designed for senior business leaders desiring to lead their businesses and families according to Biblical principles and become part of a community with other like-minded leaders. The focus of The Leadership Institute is helping business leaders become the leader God designed them to be through whole life leadership development. The Whole Life Leadership approach encompasses the multiple roles and responsibilities that leaders maintain with their business, family, church, and community
Michael is excited about expanding the impact of The Leadership Institute to a diverse and dynamic network of businessmen. By focusing on Prayer, Relationship, and A Mentoring Experience as the tools to transform businessmen, we are highly motivated to come alongside businessmen.
